Identify joint positions, weld type, seam lengths, seam counts, spot counts and any strength or sealing requirement.
Full welds use length brackets per seam; spot welds use the confirmed count. Ordinary welding consumables and grinding are included in the confirmed scope.
Weld type is not inferred from length. Full welds over 200 mm, continuous sealing and strength-critical joints require engineering review; they do not receive an automatic complete price.
The reported ±0.2 mm dimensional tolerance applies to cutting and dimensions after bending. Angular tolerances and inspection before or after coating are agreed for the job; welded dimensions are reviewed separately. Adhesion testing, weld details and appearance acceptance follow the approved drawing or order. Ordinary deburring, tapping and inspection retain their included scope. Standard delivery ends with accepted powder coating; additional operations must be stated in the quote.
These limits describe the reporting factory’s existing equipment. Each drawing, material and process combination is reviewed before a formal quote.
