Privacy and drawing confidentiality

Fanda (Hong Kong) Industry Limited, Hong Kong, is responsible for handling Fabvera enquiry data and is the contracting and payee company.

We collect your account details, project requirements and submitted files for account access, engineering review and quotation. Drawings are stored privately and are not published, indexed, shared across customers or used as a public training dataset. Authorized engineers can access the projects they review. Cloudflare hosts the website and private project storage; Resend delivers transactional emails containing account or project notifications, without drawing attachments.

For account help or access, correction, export and deletion requests, contact support@fabvera.com. We verify the account or project ownership before handling the request manually, and ask only for the information needed for that check. Never email your password. We explain what has been completed and any records that must be retained, with the reason and a review date.

Draft projects with no activity for 90 days are reviewed manually. Before a proposed deletion, we notify you and allow 30 days to request retention. Projects that have not led to an order are reviewed after 12 months. Open transactions, disputes and necessary tax or accounting records may need longer retention; we record the exception and its review date. These are review periods, not promises of automatic deletion.

Private backups rotate on a seven-day window, while the last complete recovery point is preserved and may remain longer if a new complete backup is unavailable. Approved deletions are recorded and reapplied after a restoration. Deletion reviews cover the main records, private files, any local analysis copies and backup retention; copies held in email systems are considered separately. We do not promise that every copy is automatically erased at the same time.
