FABVERA

Choose the material. Define the finish.

Material grade, thickness and surface requirements belong in the drawing and quotation. Availability and suitability are confirmed during engineering review.

Factory capability and engineering review

These limits describe the reporting factory’s existing equipment. Each drawing, material and process combination is reviewed before a formal quote.

Materials we can review

SPCC, ordinary SGCC and 304 stainless steel in 0.8–3.0 mm thicknesses are within the reported material range. Capability does not establish a price: unlisted grades and thicknesses, including 0.8 mm and 304 stainless steel, require a separately confirmed rate.

Equipment limits

Cutting
Reported maximum sheet size: 3,000 × 1,500 mm for SPCC, ordinary SGCC and 304 stainless steel, including the 3.0 mm thickness endpoint. Part geometry and specific process requirements are reviewed against the drawing.
Bending
Reported bend lengths up to 2,500 mm for SPCC, ordinary SGCC and 304 stainless steel, including the 3.0 mm thickness endpoint. Tooling access and part geometry require drawing review.
Powder coating
Reported workpiece envelope: 1,200 × 1,200 × 2,200 mm, up to 500 kg per piece. Standard preparation uses ceramic conversion pretreatment, with a reported film range of 60–120 μm. Separate indoor and outdoor standard powder versions are selected for the intended use. Appearance and any specific exposure or performance requirements are confirmed for the job.

Requirements priced separately

Customer-specified powders outside the factory standard, metallic powders, multilayer coatings, C5 or specific weathering requirements need engineering review and a confirmed price. The same applies to countersinking, flanging, beads, hems, special precision, sealing, strength and additional inspection reports. Adhesive dispensing, foaming and screen printing after coating can be reviewed separately.

Quality and quotation scope

The reported ±0.2 mm dimensional tolerance applies to cutting and dimensions after bending. Angular tolerances and inspection before or after coating are agreed for the job; welded dimensions are reviewed separately. Adhesion testing, weld details and appearance acceptance follow the approved drawing or order. Ordinary deburring, tapping and inspection retain their included scope. Standard delivery ends with accepted powder coating; additional operations must be stated in the quote.

Production timing

Sample and batch lead times are confirmed with production planning. Drawings are approved before the advance payment is arranged; receipt of that payment is a start condition for the agreed schedule. Urgent jobs are arranged individually. Delivery timing is separate from the quote validity period, and payment does not automatically lock the price.
