FABVERA

Clear pricing. No hidden assumptions.

For confirmed production batches of 50 or more fabricated sheet-metal parts. Sample and small-batch pricing differs. Engineering review and applicable process minimums apply.

12% gross margin. Clear manufacturing costs.

Price = Manufacturing cost ÷ 0.88.

For confirmed production batches of 50 or more fabricated sheet-metal parts. Sample and small-batch pricing differs. Engineering review and applicable process minimums apply.

Quantity and pricing rule

  • 1–9 parts: cost × 1.30 × 2.00
  • 10–49 parts: cost × 1.30 × 1.50
  • 50+ parts: cost ÷ 0.88 (12% gross margin)

Count fabricated sheet-metal parts across the confirmed batch, not finished products or purchased accessories. An incomplete BOM requires review.

Manufacturing cost is an estimate based on confirmed inputs and the applicable rate version, including confirmed purchased items and process minimums. Gross profit = manufacturing price − manufacturing cost; gross margin = gross profit ÷ manufacturing price. It is not an audited actual factory cost or a landed price.

For example, a cost of 88 gives a price of 100 and gross profit of 12. A cost of 100 gives a displayed price of 113.64 and gross profit of 13.64. The 12% target may differ slightly after currency rounding.

How prices stay current

Steel costs use the latest confirmed price list until a replacement takes effect. Weekly reviews are reminders, with Mysteel market data as a reference. Exchange rates are checked daily against ECB reference data; weekends and holidays use the latest available publication. Formal quotations remain fixed for seven days from issue.

Latest factory-confirmed material costs

Mysteel is a market reference, not an automatic price feed. Published material costs are confirmed in CNY/m² and already include 20% material loss, counted once on actual rectangular blank area. A market price per tonne cannot be used as a price per m².

SPCC and ordinary SGCC have independent rates by confirmed thickness and scope. An approved shared market adjustment may apply, while each material retains its own cost baseline. Other galvanized grades, post-fabrication galvanizing, unconfirmed process rates and mixed-material minimums require engineering review; missing rates are never zero or replaced by SPCC rates.

ECB reference conversion

The daily check runs at 18:00 UTC. CNY per USD = same-date ECB EUR/CNY ÷ EUR/USD; USD price = CNY price ÷ that rate, using full calculation precision. The source date is separate from the fetch time. A source older than 3 days shows a warning; at 7 days, new USD estimates and quotations stop until updates recover. There is no hidden exchange spread; the reference rate may differ from bank settlement and fees.

Material review dates are reminders and do not stop confirmed costs from being used. The 7-day FX source limit and a formal quotation’s 7 × 24-hour validity remain separate. New prices apply to new estimates or requotes. Published quotations retain their original amounts, rate and FX snapshots, and expiry.

SPCC and standard single-layer powder only. Other grades, 0.8 mm and special finishes require their own confirmed rates. These versioned reference rates power the example below. The accepted rate snapshot is retained with each quote; this page is not a live factory offer.

One confirmed batch of 50 identical flat panels. Each blank is 500 × 300 mm, 1.2 mm thick. Cutting and powder coating are selected.

Actual material area: 50 × 0.5 × 0.3 = 7.5 m².

No bends, welds, spot welds, inserts or purchased parts are selected in this example. Real drawings with unknown operations remain incomplete.

Standard scope ends at powder coating. Product assembly, freight, taxes and special packaging are not included unless separately confirmed.
