Approved CNC cutting shares the cutting area and batch rules. Special punches, tooling or forming costs require a separately confirmed scope.
Tool availability, spacing, deformation and surface requirements determine suitability. Complex formed features are confirmed individually before quotation.
Reported maximum sheet size: 3,000 × 1,500 mm for SPCC, ordinary SGCC and 304 stainless steel, including the 3.0 mm thickness endpoint. Part geometry and specific process requirements are reviewed against the drawing.
These limits describe the reporting factory’s existing equipment. Each drawing, material and process combination is reviewed before a formal quote.
