Why a small batch has a minimum area

Below 100 m², cutting uses 100 m² at the thickest applicable sheet rate; coating uses its own 100 m² minimum. Actual area is not added again.

Material

The reference material schedule already includes a 20% allowance. The calculator does not add it a second time.

Batch rules

Quantity bands use the total number of sheet-metal parts in one confirmed production batch. Purchased accessories do not increase that count.

The 100 m² minimum applies separately to cutting and coating, once per confirmed batch. It does not increase the material area.
